CCB Important Dates and Information
Chapter/Affiliate Officer Information Forms:
Within 30 days of the change of officers, please Click here to complete the Chapter/Affiliate officer information form.
Chapter/Affiliate Rosters and Dues.
For each home Chapter member, please remit the sum of $15.00 with the exception of those members who are life members of CCB.
For statewide affiliates, please remit the sum of $75.00 for your dues to the Council.
